A stone wall plaque with a relief depicting Corybantes - armed dancers who worshipped the Phrygian goddess Cybele with drumming and music. Soane owned two casts taken from a celebrated original Roman relief at the Vatican Museum. Found at Palestrina, the panel is taken from a first century copy of an original dating from the fourth century BC

Made in England by skilled craftsmen using a unique form of wet cast production technique for a smoother finish to meet demanding design criteria. This classical stone statue will mature like natural stone whilst exceeding strength requirements set by the United Kingdom Cast Stone Association.
