About this Piece
A giltwood wall mirror after an original from our archives originating from Biggs of Maidenhead, run by our family. Entirely hand carved in mahogany and water gilded in 23¾ carat white gold leaf, toned with a ‘bright and matt’ effect, the highlighted areas burnished with an agate stone and there is slight distressing to expose the bole beneath.
Finished with bevelled and antiqued glass.
