A George II Style Hand Carved Giltwood Mirror, this magnificent large giltwood mirror was hand carved on solid mahogany and gilded in metal leaf, resulting in a pleasing antique finish.

The frame comprises beautifully carved ho ho birds, squirrels and musical instruments with a musician playing the flute sitting at the very top of the mirror.  All these are interwoven in C scrolls and acanthus leaves.
