Our take on a modern chesterfield sofa.

We are delighted to share, our modern and rethought version, of the timeless chesterfield sofa.

Sitting on a Mahogany bun foot leg which has been hand carved and polished before being dowelled, screwed and glued into a solid beech frame. Then a jute and hessian seat, with hand sewn coil springs, gives support for the large feather scatter back cushions. Ensuring this modern chesterfield is exceptionally comfortable, above all traditional and always of timeless quality.

Lastly, Upholstering this chesterfield in Bibi Kala from Linwood fabrics was a very easy decision. As they have taken inspiration from the patterns of ancient silk Abra workshops of Central Asia, making it a unique and inspiring choice. We are so in love with this modern fabric and its sharp and edgy design and how it is available is a gorgeous range of 12 colours.
